Trauma and emotional distress manifest in the body. Most people go through life without exploring the source of their physical and emotional health conditions.

 

This reflects my own life story: I survived a traumatic childhood and adolescence marked by domestic violence, and physical and sexual abuse. I suffered even more because I closed myself to my own intuition, to the inner voice that we all carry within. However, I always knew that I came into this world to help others heal and that it was absolutely necessary to start with myself.

I found a teacher and spiritual guide in Raquel Palmese, who supported my continued learning and helped me navigate the hard work of emotional rebuilding. Raquel and her mentor, Charles McCall, taught me how to become a conduit of healing energy and hope.

 

The sessions I offer call on a unique blend of breathwork, sound immersion, and bodywork techniques to facilitate release and healing. I have expanded my methods to include family constellations, as I find them powerful and helpful for people to break through the blocks that stop them from living a healthy and fulfilling life.

  

I am very fortunate that this healing practice transforms me and the person I am working with, as the divine energy works in me and through me, while serving my clients. This interaction has proven enriching for both of us.
