El trauma y la angustia emocional a menudo viven en el cuerpo, moldeando la manera en que sentimos, actuamos y nos relacionamos con los dem\u00e1s. La mayor\u00eda de las personas atraviesan la vida sin explorar la ra\u00edz de su dolor f\u00edsico y emocional.<\/p>\n

Esta tambi\u00e9n es mi historia. Soy inmigrante: cruc\u00e9 la frontera a los 19 a\u00f1os y viv\u00ed indocumentada durante 15 a\u00f1os. Esos a\u00f1os me ense\u00f1aron profundamente sobre lo que llamo el \u201cs\u00edndrome de la jaula de oro\u201d, inspirado en la canci\u00f3n La Jaula de Oro: la paradoja de vivir en una tierra de oportunidades mientras se siente el peso del miedo, la limitaci\u00f3n y la invisibilidad.<\/p>\n

Mucho antes de eso, ya hab\u00eda sobrevivido a una infancia y adolescencia marcadas por la violencia dom\u00e9stica y el abuso f\u00edsico y sexual. Durante muchos a\u00f1os silenci\u00e9 mi intuici\u00f3n, esa voz interna que todos llevamos dentro, y al hacerlo sufr\u00ed a\u00fan m\u00e1s. Sin embargo, siempre supe que mi prop\u00f3sito era claro: sanar yo misma, y despu\u00e9s ayudar a otros a sanar.<\/p>\n

Mi camino se abri\u00f3 cuando conoc\u00ed a mi maestra y gu\u00eda espiritual, Raquel Palmese, quien junto a su mentor Charles McCall, me acompa\u00f1\u00f3 en el arduo trabajo de reconstrucci\u00f3n emocional. A\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, mi maestra y mentora Gloria Rodr\u00edguez me present\u00f3 al programa de Constelaciones Familiares, lo cual me llev\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s profundo en mi camino de sanaci\u00f3n con mis ancestros y mi sistema familiar.<\/p>\n

Hoy ofrezco sesiones que integran respiraci\u00f3n consciente, inmersi\u00f3n sonora, trabajo corporal y constelaciones familiares. Estas pr\u00e1cticas ayudan a liberar el dolor, reconectar con uno mismo y superar los bloqueos que impiden vivir plenamente.<\/p>\n

Cada sesi\u00f3n es un intercambio sagrado. Mientras la energ\u00eda divina fluye a trav\u00e9s de m\u00ed, me transformo junto con la persona con la que trabajo. Para m\u00ed, la sanaci\u00f3n nunca es unilateral: enriquece a ambos.<\/p>\n
