Trauma and emotional distress often live in the body, shaping the way we feel, act, and relate to others. Most people go through life without ever exploring the root of their physical and emotional pain.

This is also my story. I am an immigrant who crossed the border at 19 and lived undocumented for 15 years. Those years taught me deeply about what I call the “golden cage syndrome,” inspired by the song La Jaula de Oro—the paradox of living in a land of opportunity while feeling trapped by fear, limitation, and invisibility.

Long before that, I had already survived a childhood and adolescence marked by domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse. For many years I silenced my intuition, the inner voice we all carry, and in doing so, I suffered even more. Yet through it all, I always knew my purpose: to heal myself, and to help others heal.

My path opened when I met my teacher and spiritual guide, Raquel Palmese, who, alongside her mentor Charles McCall, supported me in the hard work of emotional rebuilding. Years later, my teacher and mentor Gloria Rodríguezintroduced me to the Family Constellations program, which took me deeper into my healing journey with my ancestors and family system.

Today, I offer sessions that weave together breathwork, sound immersion, bodywork, and family constellations. These practices allow people to release pain, reconnect with themselves, and break through the blocks that prevent them from living fully.

Each session is a sacred exchange. As the divine works through me, I am continually transformed alongside the people I serve. Healing, for me, is never one-sided—it enriches both of us.
