Emotional trauma release
Listening to you and seeing YOU beyond what you say and express. Allowing your soul and ego to voice what they wish to transform in you, so that your divinity expresses Itself through your human nature in your relationships and environment.
My method consists of Listening and seeing You beyond what is being said and expressed. Giving permission to your Soul and Ego to express themselves through your human nature in relationships and environment.
What happens to you is stored not only in your mind but also in the cells of your body and DNA. I have explored various paths that have led me through knowledge that has enabled me to expand this approach.
It is a mixture of my personal explorations and learning with different teachers and a variety of modalities. All I have learned has enabled me to assist others in new ways with more far-reaching results. My position in your healing session is to be your assistant as a guide in your own inner exploration.
Family constellations
Family Constellations, also known as Systemic Constellations and Systemic Family Constellations, facilitate the release of stories, contracts and loyalties we have unknowingly made with our ancestors, restoring the balance to the family system.
During a session the individual opens to a morphogenetic field where Spirit moves us to shed all judgment- removing the guise of guilt, shame and fear. To see everything as it is or was in the life of our ancestors, living or dead, including those who have been judged and excluded for any perceived wrong doings. They are recognized, thanked and reintegrated into the family system.
We descendants, by resonance, inherited the traumas that our ancestors experienced in their lives. This inheritance or history is engraved in our DNA and manifests itself in mental, physical and spiritual health. Honoring them by acknowledging, witnessing them in their wholeness and reintegrating them into the family clan, with compassionate loving healing phrases, begins the movement, by resonance, of healing throughout the family system altering the DNA history of the entire family clan.
Other somatic therapies
I make use of Somatic Therapy that operates off the idea that what happens to you in your life is stored not only in your mind but also in the cells of your body and DNA. By focusing on both the physical sensations in your body and the discussion of your problems, it is a comprehensive approach to therapy.

Energetic Movement of DNA, Transforming One’s History
Energetic Movement of DNA: I coined this term when I discovered that manipulating certain muscle fibers along the spine allowed me to tap into the body’s trauma memory bank, allowing the release of the emotions.
Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to facilitate the balance of spinal fluid in and around the central nervous system.
TMJ Release
TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) I approach TMJ release with blended modalities of moist heat massage, trigger point, and structural integration modalities.

- All appointments require a credit card on file to reserve your time. All appointments are subject to our cancellation policy. Please ensure that you fully understand the following cancellation policy before booking your appointment.
- All appointments must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.
- Your time is valuable—and so is mine. To honor both, please review the cancellation policy below:
- 24+ hours notice: No charge. You are welcome to reschedule/cancel anytime with at least 24 hrs notice.
- 12–24 hours notice: You will be charged 50% of your session fee.
- 4–12 hours notice: You will be charged 75% of your session fee.
- Less than 4 hours notice or no-show: You will be charged 100% of your session fee.
